Interested in traveling to Maine? Are you going through a change, transition, or open learning new ways of being present to yourself in your life and also to others in the world? Have you ever wanted to learn more about or experience the healing power of the expressive arts?
Join us in a relaxed and supportive full-day experience to explore the theme of self-compassion with a day of creative self-care. Guided by a variety of trained Maine Expressive Arts Therapists, you are invited to participate in discussion and creative exercises designed to increase your capacity for mindfulness and self-compassion. These workshops are created for the general public and certificates with contact hours will be provided to practicing mental health professionals.
You may choose to come just for the day alone or with friends or family. If you are from away you can plan to spend the night or the weekend at the Haraseeket Inn and explore beautiful Freeport, Maine! The workshops are designed for everyone, so come learn new skills and practices for yourself and/or to share with your clients.
